I. Love. Handbags. I love bags the same way Oprah loves bread. Although I do love bread just as much as I love bags. But this is a style blog, not a food blog, so I’m gonna talk about handbags today! While I do love handbags as much as bread, I don’t have a lot and don’t buy them that often. I don’t buy them that often but I do have a good reason!
My Handbag Lust List
I don’t buy handbags of any kind often because when I buy a new bag I go all out. When I buy a bag I stray away from fake leather, a trendy style, or something that I know won’t hold up. That means that the bags I want, love, and would use are not cheap. They’ll cost anywhere between $100-400 dollars, which is how much a lot of bags I’ve posted below cost. Why did I post these bags only? Because i think they’re worth it. I truly believe that spending this much on a quality, classic bag is way better, cost effective, and more stylish.
Now I have the bags broken down into a few categories. I think it’s best to have at least one bag in the styles I have listed you that you have a well-rounded collection. Because when you’re going to work you’ll probably need a big tote to fit everything, while you’ll need a cross body for quick errands. But I also have dreams and goals so my handbag “lust list” is above!
Those two examples I actually have more than one bag in each because those are my most utilized styles. I use totes and crossbody bags mostly because I either need a lot of stuff or nothing at all. Why that is I don’t know but here we are. So below I sharing my favorite satchels as well, and I use my Kate Spade satchel all the time as well. This is the perfect size to fit my camera but it’s not as bulky as a tote. Plus look how pretty it is and looks good with all my outfits! I also find this bag to be my “it” bag, because it matches everything and I photography it with so many photos. Alright friends, shop your little hearts out and find your “it” bag!
What’s going to be your “it” bag of the season?
